Delivery & Returns

Delivery times


All the jewellery is handmade. Individual designs state whether they are in stock and ready to dispatch or whether they are made to order (or exclusively available via my Etsy store.)

Items stating in stock will be sent within 2 - 4 working days. Items stating made to order will be lovingly made by hand and dispatched within 10 working days of placing your order. Any time or date for delivery is an estimate only. If for any reason I am unable to deliver your items within this timescale you will be contacted.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure items on the website are updated this may not always occur. If you order an item that has been sold I will email you to see if you wish to continue with the order as the item will need to be handmade (see above details) or whether you would like an alternative item or to cancel your order.

Royal Mail workers are going to strike for 19 days throughout October, November and December 2022. Orders placed around this time will likely experience delays. I have updated my estimated delivery dates to account for this so please bare in mind that deliveries could take 2 - 10 working days. Please take this in to consideration when ordering and thank you for your understanding.
Goods are sent using Royal Mail and may require a signature upon arrival. 

Orders under £25 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery

Orders under £50 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed or tracked for delivery.

Orders over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery (signed for).

International shipping

Goods are sent using Royal Mail. I do not currently offer an International shipping option on my website, but please do get in touch and a custom order can be created for you.

All international orders have a standard delivery charge of £11.50.

Items under £30 will be sent via standard International delivery.

Items over £30 will be sent via tracked International delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: customers are liable for any customs duties and import taxes/ VAT.

Alterations/ commissions

If you would like an item on the website to be altered for example a longer or shorter length, different finish etc please get in touch. A bespoke service for commissions is also available so if you fancy a piece of Rebecca Handy Jewellery but with that added personal twist or perhaps something unique please get in touch. Customised jewellery and commissions will take longer to be made/ dispatched and this will be confirmed when your order is made.


Your jewellery will be sent to you safely and securely in a complementary Rebecca Handy Jewellery logo gift box. If you have ordered more than one item and would like them presented as a set please get in touch.

Returns and refunds

I think you will be very satisfied with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then I offer a 14 days return policy. Please contact me immediately by email to advise me that you are returning the item and I will give you instructions for returns. I will then refund you (minus postage costs) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible (Within 24hours). If the item has been dispatched you must return the item to us at your own cost.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged in their original condition on returning them to me.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Customised items and commissions cannot be returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged please contact me via the contact form or via email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund or an exchange/ repair.
